Devin W. Bone
Devin Bone specializes in all aspects of securities law—representing investors, companies, and industry professionals in transactions and litigation around the United States. Devin has extensive experience representing clients in securities lawsuits in state and federal court, as well as in private arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). This includes representing investors and industry professionals in cases involving churning, unsuitable trading and recommendations, breaches of fiduciary obligations, fraud, and breaches of state and federal securities laws.
Additionally, Devin regularly assists clients with capital raising initiatives, both public and private. He specializes in taking companies public and managing compliance and reporting requirements under the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Devin also assists companies with corporate governance matters, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. As a partner at Paesano Akkashian Apkarian, PC, Devin oversees the firm’s securities transactions, compliance and litigation practices. He also regularly handles commercial litigation matters, real estate transactions, and employment disputes.
